Short and plain: what this site collects, what it does with it, and how to say no.
Davide Balduzzi, trading as Balduzzi Capture, Byron Bay, Australia. Questions or requests: hello@balduzzicapture.com.
If you use a form here (a discovery call or the price builder), I receive the name, email, business and message you type, plus what you chose in the price builder. It reaches me by email through the service Resend and is kept in my business mailbox. I use it only to reply to you and prepare a quote.
I use Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are viewed, roughly where in the world visitors are, what kind of device they use and how they found the site. It records no names or email addresses, and Google Analytics 4 doesn’t store IP addresses. It sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_…), and Google processes the data on its servers, which may be outside your country. Visitors outside Australia are asked first, and nothing is set until you press Accept.
Fine art prints and client galleries are run by Pic-Time, which has its own privacy policy. The site is hosted by Netlify. The site remembers your language and your light or dark choice in your browser; these aren’t used to identify you.
You can ask me what I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, by emailing hello@balduzzicapture.com.
