Giuseppe is the chef behind Bistro Sicily, bringing his nonna's Sicilian cooking to the Billinudgel Bakehouse here in the Northern Rivers.
He booked me for opening night, to catch the first-night magic of the event itself and the food — dishes that reminded me so much of home.
